REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

At Purvik, we stand behind the quality of every bottle we ship.

This policy explains your rights and our commitments.

1. YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL — 14 DAYS

In accordance with European consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your 
purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery by sending an email to purvik@gmail.com with :

Your full name
Your order number
Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt)
A clear statement that you wish to withdraw from your purchase

Without valid proof of purchase, 
we are unable to process your request.

IMPORTANT CONDITIONS :
The product must be unopened and unused, in its original packaging
Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons
Return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your return request and confirming eligibility

Eligible refunds will be issued to 
your original payment method.

2. REQUESTS AFTER 14 DAYS

Refund requests submitted after the 14-day withdrawal period are not eligible for a cash refund.

As a gesture of goodwill, we may offer a Purvik store credit (gift voucher) valid for 12 months on purvik.store, at our sole discretion.

To submit a late request, contact us at contact.purvik@gmail.com with your order number and proof of purchase.

We are not obligated to grant store credit after the 14-day legal window, but we review each case individually.

3. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If your Purvik bottle arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we will resolve the issue immediately at no cost to you.

To report a defective product :

Email contact.purvik@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order
Include your order number
Attach clear photos or a short video clearly showing the defect or damage

We do not require you to return defective products.

Upon verification of the defect, we will send you a replacement bottle at no additional cost, with free shipping.

If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:

Opened or used products
Products returned without prior written approval from Purvik
Products returned without proof of purchase
Orders placed more than 14 days ago (unless defective — see section 3)
